People tend to ask us many times what is this Monkey Business?Then sometimes I feel a bit uncomfortable because I am not quite sure what it is. Or actually I think none of us really knows. We start with enthusiasm and people and are curious to see where we end up. Co-creation is the future. We -contrast to many- hardly have any products. However here is one: Penquin Expedition! Built on the heritage of Learning Expeditions to Team Academy but with a special twist of making it during the special time when new penquins arrive to Team Academy. It’s a time of an extraordinary energy and enthusiasm, even on Team Academy scale. I’ve made some slides about the Expedition, you can download them here. (3.5mb pdf) The space is limited to ten people to keep it intensive but there are few places left.That’s one of the beautiful spots we will be at.That’s the smoke sauna from one angle.
