Couple months back me and Tatu came up with a superhero profile tool. We used it in one workshop to get the group to know each other better. It’s a simple tool, and in a nutshell helps you to learn in a fun and interesting way more about the strengths and weaknesses of your team. I am experimenting with a tool called Pay With a Tweet! in order to spread the word about the tool. The content is a one page pdf licenced with a creative commons Attribution Share Alike license.
