In my field (team learning, team coaching, team entrepreneurship, team leadership) since 2005 and acting on it globally causing change within the system by influencing the perception of what is possible.

So far I've been living and working in Brazil, Finland, France and Ecuador and hosting workshops and speeches all around the world including countries of Europe ans China, India, Middle East and US.

Here some of the most meaningful projects to me:

- Monkey Business collective creation since 2007. Our slogan and core offer in Monkey Business is: More Action. More Chaos. More Mistakes. More Learning. We focus on team learning and making the world more yellow = more fun, playful and sincere.

- from 2005 onwards focused in the international affairs of Tiimiakatemia Finland being a project leader of Learning Expeditions to TA at 2006-2007 & Head of International Affairs 2007-2008 and after that working actively in the network co-leading the opening of Brazil Tiimiakatemia.

- co-organizing the SoL Finland Conference for Learning Organizations 2006, 2007 & 2008

- co-creating the Book Fair of Jyväskylä, Finland, together with a Finnish publishing company WSOY and fair center Jyväskylän Paviljonki, and managing it's cultural side at 2008 - 2009. Books have always been dear to me and acting on a creation of bookfair surrounded by authors and publishers was a pleasure!

Specialties: learning environments, working with dialogue, intercultural communication, cocreation.

As a hobby I've trained scuba diving, and became a Resque Diver in 2010. One day I'm an instructor.
